1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information RxBill.Pk ("we", "us", "our") collects from pharmacies and their staff, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the web application, the offline installation, and this website.

2. Information we collect

Account details: pharmacy name, owner name, staff names, phone numbers and email addresses.
Business data you enter: inventory, batches, sales, purchases, prescriptions, and customer and supplier records.
Payment information: processed by our payment partners. We never store full card numbers.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, and general usage patterns, used to keep the service secure and working.
Security records: login times, login IP addresses and an audit log of actions taken inside your account.

3. How we use your information

To provide, maintain and improve the platform.
To sync your data securely across your devices and branches.
To send service updates, invoices and support responses.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.

We do not use your business data to train models, and we do not sell it.

4. Data storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes and are never recoverable in plain text, not even by us. Access inside your pharmacy is governed by role-based permissions you control, and every sensitive action is written to an audit log.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share limited information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or where we are required to by law.

6. Your choices

You can access, correct or export your pharmacy's data at any time from within your account.
You may request deletion of your account and its data, subject to legal retention requirements.
You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations.

8. Children's privacy

RxBill.Pk is a business tool intended for pharmacy owners and staff, and is not directed at children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by an in-app notice.
